Application not saved properly Complaint, delhi

i have trying to fill d online form from 1st of august, every time a messge on d screen comes out dat ur application is not saved successfully , ur photograph shud not be more than 50kb,, i have tried a lot,, even though my photograph is just of 13kb both my photographs and signature is somewhat same and whith in d prescribed limit, but dont know why it is not getting save, pls do help, as last day of regiestration is just today

They delivered the vehicle on the evening of 6th June 2011. After 28 days i saw YELLOW painted underneath of Blue colour on painted body parts. Blue paint falling down day by day and showing its original yellow colour.
In my R.C. book also mentioned color as Yellow. R.C. book I saw only after purchase date.

I SUFFERED LOTS OF PAIN AND SHAME DUE TO ABOVE CHEATING. THEY SOLD ME A SECOND HAND BIKE.

The Ad in the Times is under "Employment Services". This is the tricky part because it's next to the "Employment" section. It states "now hiring" which gives the reader the impression they have jobs available. But when you interview, they ask for a $10.00 (processing) fee which is not stated when you call for an interview. Then you are given a dubious "test" to take with tricky questions and fail; and you will fail! This is when the Director Joy Obi, tells you you need to buy a Civil Exam book that will prepare you for a job, which she has not told you about yet. She says she has to order the book and needs $65.00. When I returned the following week for the book and took it home to study, I noticed all the pages were xeroxed, which leads me to wonder if I paid for an actual Government document or $65.00 for xerox copies compiled in that office. So far, I am in to this for $75.00 and no jobs or interviews have been offered. I was told to "study hard" and come back when I was ready. This book has redundant testing that I'm sure would not be given if I were to actually go to a genuine Government interview.
She can string you along for a long time and never offer to send you to an interview because you have to pass the test in her office first.
I was mislead because of the ad and it's placement in the Times. When I called the Times to report this company, they informed me that the ad was "legal" because it was in the "employment services" section and they were aware that these companies may charge fees.

RMS Outsourcing

RMS outsourcing is a fake consultancy.First they mail u directly or by naukri and tell u for walk-in.When u attend at their office they ask for registration of Rs 1103. Rs 1000 is for registration charge and 103 is for tax.
Also they do commit to provide interview call every week from their client. I have registered on 28/5/2011 but yet i have not gotten any call for interview.
I have all proof like receipt first mail etc.
And also they talk to me like i m there servant. Also they told that they have Service Tax no of Gurgaon and I believe this is also fake.

Please stop these kind of fake outsourcing off who make the fun of people careers.

I was in shop 21 in bradford Pennsylvania a few days ago. I overheard the manager and technicians talking about their work schedule and the company. they were forced to get rid of their third tech and they are working 8 day stretches, and the store manager is working 7 days a week from 7-7. This is not legal and will not be tolerated. I am writing on their behalf because they were saying if they spoke up they would be fired. they have no family life, and the store manager has a heart condition and has missed his last 3 appts due to not having a day off. If they get sick, there is nobody to cover, so the other tech has to work the entire day. they were told by the market manager mark penipento they could not hire anyone else. forcing the store manager to not get days off and the techs one day off a week. They are getting wore out. I felt so bad for these guys, and thats why i am speaking up. Something has to be done here. they are getting no breaks, as the cars keep coming to make numbers and there is not enough personnel. the one tech is 60, and the other has diabetes and they cannot get a break? But monro takes it out of their pay? They are open 7 days a week and running two techs and want NO OVERTIME WHATSOEVER!!! i already have a call into the labor board and i will take it even further if need be. No employees should be treated this way.

I found this out after spending the points and looking at my summary and saw the two sweepstakes ended on 5/31/11, yet Coca-Cola has still got them as eligible and took my points towards winning these products.

Well I am here to complain about the Bally Total Fitness at Pleasant Hill, CA. When my husband and I joined the club, we were coaxed by the manager (John) repeatedly to join the personal training session, however the contract clearly says that once bought we cannot cancel the sessions under most circumstances. We showed our concern to the manager and he said that he has the right to change or cancel the contract because he is the "MANAGER" of the place and runs it entirely. Anytime we want to leave and do not wish to continue he will take the responsibility. So we joined, after a month our trainer whom we were very happy with said he is leaving, none of the other trainers were at par with him and our body had gotten so much conditioned to his style that it was really difficult for us to move on. Earlier we had tried another trainer and it was a big pain. So we went to the new manager (the one making false promises had disappeared as he had done the same with many others), and the new manager said that nothing can be done about it, even though her own colleague committed a verbal fraud but because of the contract nothing can be done. Well first of all, contract no where promises great results or anything, even those dreams are sold to us verbally by the staff who get us into signing, so if then written agreement is not considered so then if a MANAGER commits a verbal FRAUD why isn't that an offence. Moreover, I have witness to this case as people I know accompanied me. Apart from this there are others who were cheated by the same manager JOHN. So what can I do in this situation?

I WAS TOLD FOR 1 DAY TIME. THE NEXT DAY I WENT AND GOT THE MOBILE BUT THERE WAS NOT DIFFERENCE. I TALKED WITH THE REGIONAL MANAGER MR. HIMANSHU.

ALL THAT WERE HAVING THE SAME CAMERA PROBLEM. I HAD A KARBON MOBILE WITH 1.2 MP CAMERA. I TOOK A PHOTO OF A NEWSPAPER ARTICLE IN FRONT OF THE TECHNICIAN IT WAS FAR BETTER THAN THAT OF
SAMSUNG B5722. THEN WE AGAIN TALKED WITH THE REGIONAL MANAGER, HE TOLD TO SEND A APPROVAL FOR MOBILE REPLACEMENT.
I TOLD I DONT WANT THE SAME MODEL AS ALL THE MOBILE OF THE SAME MODEL ARE HAVING THE SAME FAULT WHICH IS NOT REPAIRABLE.

However there is a trend in marketing to individualize the concept. Instead of generating broad demographic profiles and psycho-graphic profiles of market segments, marketers have started to engage in personalized marketing, permission marketing, and mass customization.

There is increasing backlash from the public over use of the label "consumer" rather than "customer", with many finding it offensive and derogatory.

In law and politics

The law primarily uses the notion of "consumer" in relation to consumer protection laws, and the definition of consumer is often restricted to living persons and excludes commercial users. A typical legal rationale for protecting the consumer is based on the notion of policing market failures and inefficiencies, such as inequalities of bargaining power between a consumer and a business. As of all potential voters are also consumers, consumer protection takes on a clear political significance.

Concern over the interests of consumers has also spawned much activism, as well as incorporation of consumer education into school curricula.[citation needed] There are also various non-profit publications, such as Consumer Reports and Choice Magazine, dedicated to assist in consumer education and decision making, and Consumer Direct in the UK.

In India, the Consumer Protection Act 1986 clearly differentiates a consumer as consuming a commodity or service either for his personal domestic use or to earn his livelihood. Only consumers are protected as per this act and any person, entity or organization purchasing a commodity for commercial reasons are exempted from any benefits of this act. Furthermore, Indian case law has quite a few references on how to distinguish a consumer from a customer.
